Welcome to the Friends of México web site. We hope you will find it interesting and informative. Our purpose for this web site is to keep you up to date on what is going on at Friends of México and to make your stay in Mazatlán more enjoyable, whether you live here a few months each year or year round. If you are a first time visitor to our web site, please go to Visitors on the Main Menu and click on the tab Welcome to our Website. There you will find detailed information about Friends of México and the programs which we support.
 Our Web site is divided into two major sections. The first is open to the public and the tab links in this information are in blue and red. The second section is for members only and you must be a member in good standing to access these areas. To access them, you need to log in with your User ID and Password. The tab links in this information for these areas are in green and brown.
Our link Calendar will provide you with the schedule of all upcoming meetings, trips, social events, and classes. You can check on upcoming events both at Friends of México and in the city of Mazatlán through our link What's Happening. On that page you will find Breaking News Now which will give you to the last minute postings of things going on both in Friends of México, and the city of Mazatlán.
If you go to our link for Committees, you will find the areas of interest these committees cover, who chairs the committee, and how to contact them. Our link Classes describes the various classes we offer.
 As you know, one of the purposes of Friends of México is to provide educational opportunities to those in need. The link to our Foundation will let you know about the schools and children we support. You might be interested in teaching English as a second language at one of our schools or becoming a school Liaison. There is a wealth of information about this passion of ours and we encourage you to visit this link often.
We are able to make the impact we do on the education of children in need through various fund raising activities and donations. For us to continue the services we provide and expand that help to more children, please go to our Donations link and help us.
Obtaining blood in a time of need is not an easy undertaking in Mazatlán or in México. We encourage you to take a look at the link Blood Donors to find out what is required. Maybe you will become a blood donor.
Our members enjoy discounts from many merchants in the Mazatlán area. you can go to the link Discount Program and it will give you the latest vendors and merchants who are offering discounts to our members. We now have over two hundred participating vendors and merchants, so be sure to check for the latest updates before you go shopping or out to eat.
